During this past Independence Celebration Weekend in Negril, Lisa H. from Columbus, Ohio, USA (lower center) had four braids placed in her hair by Rose, Sharon and Myrna near Poinciana at the old Mahogany Inn. The three hair braiders are affectionately known as the "Pink Ladies" because they can generally be found wearing their pink smocks - but on this Independance Weekend they decided to dress up for the festivities! The Pink Ladies Braiding and Massage Booths are sponsored by the Negril Chamber of Commerce. Rose, Sharon and Myrna have been showing guests how to have fun in the Jamaican way for years, which is the reason that Lisa just had to see them again - this wasn't her first time with the "Pink Ladies", nor will it probably be the last!
