Yesterday was the 20th of April and rang in the High Times 4:20 Spring Bake 2001 Party at Mariner's Inn on the cliffs! This was a gathering of the USA pro-marijauna movement in Negril, Jamaica! And the crew responsible for the fun are shown above, (left to right) Chef Ra from High Times Magazine, Rebekah and Mikeysan from 4:20 Tours, and Pot Star from Hight Times! Party favors freely flowed as the crew kept the crowd entertained with their own unique methods!
