High Times at Mariner's Inn

It is the 20th of April and that can only mean one thing - the High Times 4:20 Spring Bake 2001 Party must be in full swing! Today's Negril Today page features Chef Ra (at the mic) and Pot Star (back right) of High Times Magazine fame! The party was held at Mariner's Inn on the cliffs with the Red Stripe Band, the Sunset Show Band and NY and Jamaican DJ's providing the live entertainment as Chef Ra spoke the praises of ganja and against the oppressive laws that the U.S Government places on a naturally growing plant. We have more from the party to come!
