The party is just beginning as the Negril Vendors Association starts their annual festival - Carnival '98! The parade float made it's journey up the beach road (Norman Manley Blvd.) and let everyone know that it is Carnival time in Negril! Note: Look for the Friday night broadcast on the NEN to be coming to you from the Thatch Hut Bar on Tigress Court and that we should be live from the Carnival '98 itself Saturday afternoon - and then the Negril Yacht Club in the evening!
