New Road to MoBay

What a difference a new pave can make! The new coastal highway from Negril to Montego Bay is completed as the above picture taken yesterday very clearly shows! Moving at a good 80kph, the new road is so smooth that I was able to get a clear picture from the moving car even with an old ancient and discontinued Kodak DC50 Zoom! I have tried numerous times to get a similar picture from the old road, but the old and winding road was never smooth enough to just stick the camera out the window and click without getting a blurry picture. The new road is so smooth that you can even make out the bolts on the brand new guard rails that line the new coastal highway. Lloydie from 3-Dives and I were on our way to MoBay to visit Crazy Joe recovering in Cornwall Regional Hospital. He was in great spirits and wished everyone a tremendous thank you for all the help and continued support! Lloydie and I made the most of the trip as he had to pick up the official Negril Jerk Cookoff Trophy while I had to stop and see the fine folks at EFay Car Rental - a soon to be Tours/Transportation sponsor!
