Katy Thacker's Party!

Two years ago this November a party was given to raise funds for Katy Thacker, whose energy and inspiration helped create the Negril Coral Reef Preservation Society. The party was to help cover the costs for her expensive medical fight against Lymphoma. Just recently, another party was given for Katy only this time we were greatly pleased to have her in attendance!!! Friends and well wishers joined Katy at Hurricane bar in Green Island to celebrate her visit to Jamaica. Katy is recovering beautifully from her illness and is busily, once again, working for the environment. Her recovery is in part due to the positive thoughts and prayer as well as the funds generously contributed by so many in. It was a true celebration!! A big up to all those in our online Negril community for helping! Irie!
