On the Negril Message Board this past week there has been several questions and answers about the transportation arrangements in Negril and transfers to and from the airport in Montego Bay. Yes, there are large shuttle buses available for around $US25 per person, but why not consider taking a private taxi instead so you can stop when and where you want - not just where the shuttle driver has the bathroom breaks planned. Raggamuffin (shown here at his station at Roots Bamboo) knows many interesting places to show you on your way to or from Negril. After all, your vacation doesn't have to start when you arrive at the hotel, but it can start the second you leave the Sangster Airport! Yah mon! Just ask Raggamuffin at his email address - click here to write Raggamuffin. As are most things in Negril, Ragga's charge is negotiable and will depend on how much fun you want to have. Want to stop for some picture taking - no problem! Want some fresh lobster - no problem! Want to stop for a quick dip in the sparkeling Caribbean Sea - once again - no problem! Just remember, your vacation starts when you leave the airport - after all - you are in Jamaica mon!
