Just about one year ago, Laura H. from Columbus, Ohio, USA (center) had a braid placed in her hair by Rose (right) near Poinciana at the old Mahogany Inn. One year later, Laura searched for Rose and found her still doing braids and massage at her shop (sponsored by the Negril Chamber of Commerce). Rose and Myrna have been showing guests how to have fun in the Jamaican way for years, which is the reason that Laura stopped back to have a new elastic band put on the end of the same braid! Yah mon - one year with the same braid! Big Up Rose and Myrna - two of the fine "Pink Ladies" you will meet on the Negril beach! Daily Music News: Friday night was a special one on the NEN. Featured was a Nighabingi drumming session - for those of you who haven't experienced it, the drumming can be both hypnotic and rejuvinating.
