On Wednesday night the 16th of June, 1999, an unofficial "Meeting of the Board" took place at Roots Bamboo! Unbeknownst to to the Negril Entertainment Network crew, the "boarders" took over Jeanne's end of the bar at Roots and kept the fun going late into the evening.
