Tree Lizard

Lizard by CincyDan

July 2nd, 2001

The beauty of the natural surroundings is a wonderment that keeps bringing people back to Negril and Jamaica. From the bright blue daytime sky to the crystal clear Caribbean Sea, the lush tropical plants and the lifeforms that inhabit those plants all make Negril memorable. Today we have a picture of one of the green iguanas that CincyDan took on his last visit to White Sands on the beach. Dan studied the habits of this lizard that lives in the tall trees around the property. Dan noted that this lizard came down from the top of the trees around 11:00am, sunned itself as it found it's lunch, and then made it's way back up the tree about 1:00pm as the afternoon heat grew. We would like to thank CincyDan for today's Negril Today picture, he and his wife have been members of our Negril online community for quite some time now. Thanks Dan and great shot of one of Negril's smaller residents.
