We have a winner! The one with the empty beer can on his head is the winner! The rules at the Toga Party last night at Mariner's Inn were that you had to finish your beer as fast as you can using only a straw. This man, down on Spring Break from Columbia (US) was the one who could suck the fastest, and suck he did! Sorry about not getting the sucker's name mon!
