To be absolutely truthful, we've never been able to understand a wet t-shirt contest on a topless beach - (put it on, get it wet, take it off?!). But what the heck, this is Spring Break! Spring Break Jamaican Style! This shot taken yesterday at Risky Business on the beach shows just a split second of the fun!
