It's that time of year again, the girls are competing in the beer chugging contest on the Risky Business stage so it must be the kickoff to Spring Break 1999! Last night the NEN had the mobile cam in action, with DJ Whiteboy and Gummy Dee handling the MC duties! The crowd was hoping to the tunes of the Hardcore Band - look for much more coverage all Spring Break - which will be taking place from now till the end of March!
