Mobile Cam Ops

July 14th, 1999

At night, Negril comes alive with live reggae from the majestic cliffs of the wild West End to our famous seven mile sandy beach. On Wednesday night, Roots Bamboo brings to the stage the Hurricane Band, which is brought to you live on the Negril Entertainment Network. The NEN has been setting up at the far corner of the bar at Roots, then uses the mobile camera to bring you the action onstage. Three of the mobile cam operators (ops for short) are shown here at Roots on Wednesday night, Cyber Host Rob, The Negril Message Board's own Sel-Vin and the multi-talented photographer Homer! Daily Music News: Storms off the island are causing problems for the NEN's webcast on Wednesday from Roots Bamboo. We hope to resolve this problem very soon but it may effect the Thursday night Birthday Bashment for Gregory Isaacs live from DeBuss! Keep checking the Negril Message Board for more information about the live webcast and chat in the Negril Chat Room!

At 12:40pm - afternoon begins... The temperature is 85° F, 29° C.
