It is Emancipation Day in Jamaica which marks the date that the yoke of slavery was broken and set the island on a journey into the future. So 164 years later this day is spent having fun with family and friends! Coming up on the 6th of August is Independence Day which marks 40th year of self rule in Jamaica which is making for one big party weekend! And The Jungle is pulling out all the stops! The festivites started on Wednesday night with The Jungle's weekly Manning's Old School Party and will continue til 6th for their Independence Party!
